  • Subject: Grew Up in Rock Falls and sure do miss it.

  • Message: I Came to Rock Falls in 1952, so my dad could go to work at Northwestern Steel and Wire. I lived in Yeowardville, went to East Coloma and graduated for rock falls high school in 1966. I left Rock Falls in 1971, moving to Barbourville, Kentucky, where I have been ever since. I miss "home" and my aunt (Blanche Pillars) and multitude of cousins there. I am planning a trip back soon. From the pictures on the website, there are a lot of changes and I am anxious to see them all!!
